If you would rather have the work done than advised on, automate your business with AI is the one offer built for that, paid for out of the measured gain.

Approach
Our approach
- 01
Diagnose
We establish what is actually true before recommending anything: the numbers, the constraints, and the decision that is really being made. No engagement starts with a template.
- 02
Decide
We turn the diagnosis into a small number of high-consequence decisions, each with the reasoning and the trade-offs made explicit, so you can commit to them and defend them.
- 03
Enact
We stay through execution. A decision that never becomes a change in how the business runs is where most advice quietly dies, so the work is not done until the plan is practice.
The team
Our team
Praxis is founder-led. Evan Dang leads every engagement and draws on a team of 20 senior practitioners across the disciplines the firm advises on.
The firm publishes no individual bios beyond the founder’s. Each engagement is staffed to the decision in front of you, and the people on it are chosen for that decision: there is no account layer, and nothing is handed down.

The founder
Led by Evan Dang
Before founding the practice, Evan Dang worked inside the M&A practice of a global consulting firm, on the financial projections and post-merger plan behind a live deal; supported a private-equity acquisition from sourcing through diligence; built the evaluation frameworks that test how large language models reason about financial problems; and wrote financial and strategic analysis for a federal district judge. He studied at Babson College and the London School of Economics.
That range is the point. A decision rarely stays inside one discipline, so the people advising on it should not either. The founder scopes every engagement and stays accountable for it through delivery.
