Who is responsible
Praxis Consulting Company is an independent advisory practice run by Evan Dang. It is a sole proprietorship, so the person responsible for your data is Evan Dang personally. Questions and requests go to praxisconsultingco@gmail.com.
What is collected, and why
Enquiries you send
The quote form, the careers form, and the AI readiness scorecard send what you type (name, email, company, message, or your scorecard answers and score) by email to the firm’s inbox. That is the entire purpose: to reply to you. The message is delivered by Brevo, our email provider, and then lives in the firm’s mailbox for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so a returning enquiry has context.
If you arrived through a link that carried campaign parameters (the utm_ fields in the address), those parameters, the page you landed on, and the referring site’s domain are kept in your browser’s session storage and attached to your enquiry so we know which channel it came from. They are not a cookie, they expire when you close the tab, and nothing is done with them except naming the source of the lead.
Analytics, only if you allow it
With your permission we run Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice, nothing from Google loads on this site. If you allow it, Google records page views, the events we count as conversions (a form sent, a phone or email link clicked, a link to another site clicked), approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. Google does not store your full IP address. We use this to learn which pages are read and which enquiries come from where. We do not run advertising, do not build profiles, and do not sell or share the data. Google processes it in the United States under Google’s privacy policy. Your choice can be changed at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. The cookie policy lists every item of storage by name.
Preferences
Your cookie choice and your light or dark theme choice are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device.
Hosting logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page and to defend against abuse. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
What is not collected
No account, no password, no payment details, no advertising pixels, no chat widget, no third-party fonts loaded at request time, no cross-site tracking. The site does not knowingly collect anything from children.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email praxisconsultingco@gmail.com and you will get a direct answer from Evan Dang. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the legal basis for handling an enquiry is that it is necessary to respond to your request; the basis for analytics is your consent; the basis for hosting logs is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, the same email is the way to exercise your rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. There is no separate notification list.
