Digital, Data & AI
The category AI has multiplied. We advise on where technology creates advantage and where it only creates cost.

The offerings
What this practice covers
Technology, data, and AI chosen for ROI and integrated into how the business runs.
7 offerings in this practice. Every engagement is scoped to the decision in front of you: never sold as a package, and never quoted before we understand it.
These seven offerings split into three layers. Digital transformation and AI implementation consulting sit at the top: how the business operates around technology, and how it selects and integrates AI tools for genuine ROI rather than because a competitor announced one. Underneath that, AI change management and AI ethics & governance handle the human and regulatory sides of the same shift: getting teams to actually adopt new tools, and making sure the board can defend how the firm uses them. Data strategy consulting and IT & software consulting are the infrastructure layer both depend on: architecture, governance, and the systems-selection decisions that are expensive to reverse. UI/UX consulting is the layer closest to the end user, where all of the above becomes a product someone actually has to use.
The fastest way to the right offering is to ask what's actually stuck. If leadership can't agree on where technology should change how the business runs at all, that's digital transformation. If the direction is clear but the question is which specific AI tool or workflow to adopt and how to prove it pays back, that's AI implementation consulting. If the tools are already chosen but adoption is stalling (people quietly working around the new system), that's AI change management, not a training problem to patch over. If the concern is regulatory exposure, board-level risk, or a policy nobody's written yet, that's AI ethics & governance. Data architecture questions and platform build-versus-buy decisions belong to data strategy and IT & software consulting respectively, and a product or interface that customers find confusing belongs to UI/UX.
This is the one practice where we're candid that AI cuts both ways: it is the fastest-growing source of demand here, and it is also the most common way a technology budget gets wasted, because 'add AI' is not a strategy on its own. We advise on where a model genuinely deepens a company's advantage and where it only adds cost and maintenance, and we're the first to say when the honest answer is to not build the thing at all. That candor is also why the practices in this category rarely stay isolated from each other in practice: a digital transformation engagement usually surfaces a data-strategy gap, and an AI-implementation decision usually raises a governance question the board hasn't answered yet, which is why we scope across these seven offerings as one practice rather than seven separate sales conversations.
The practice also runs one standalone, done-for-you offer: AI implementation across the whole business, built and paid for out of the measured gain.
