04AI implementation

Sales and CRM AI implementation, so no lead is ever dropped

Most sales advice is about what you say. This page is about when you say it. A buyer who fills in your form at 8:14 on a Tuesday evening is usually filling in three other forms the same evening. Whoever replies first gets the conversation. Whoever replies on Wednesday morning is often talking to someone who has already picked.

01

Speed to lead is what AI changes in sales

That is the piece of selling AI is genuinely good at. It does not have to be clever. It has to be awake.

02

What gets built

  • 01

Instant lead response. Every inbound form, chat, phone call and marketplace enquiry gets a real reply in seconds, at any hour. Not a receipt saying "thanks, someone will be in touch." A reply that answers the question they asked, offers times, and books the meeting if they want one.

  • 02

Scoring, so the reply matches the lead. A one-person shop asking about price and a company of 200 people asking about a rollout should not get the same message. Scoring reads what the lead told you, checks it against public company data, and sorts accordingly.

  • 03

Routing to the right person, awake. Territory, product line, language, deal size, whoever is actually working right now. If nobody picks it up inside the window you set, it escalates rather than sitting there.

  • 04

Follow-up that nobody has to remember. Most deals die because the fifth touch never happens. The sequence keeps going, adapts to replies, and stops the moment a human takes over so the buyer is never talking to two of you at once.

  • 05

A CRM that fills itself in. Call notes, email threads, meeting summaries, next steps, contact details, company size, funding, headcount.

  • 06

First-draft proposals and quotes. The system assembles the draft from the call transcript and your own past documents. A person reads it, fixes it, and sends it. The draft is the time saved; the judgment stays where it was.

03

The CRMs this typically runs on

We build on what you already own. In practice that is usually HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close, Copper, Keap or GoHighLevel, joined to whatever handles your calls, calendar and forms. If your CRM has a working API and your data is not a disaster, it can be automated. If your CRM is a spreadsheet, say so on the call and we will tell you whether to fix that first.

Praxis is not a reseller and holds no partnership with any of these companies. We have no reason to push you toward one.

04

A Tuesday evening, before and after

Before

The form arrives at 8:14pm and lands in a shared inbox. At 9:40 the next morning a rep sees it, reads it, guesses which territory it belongs to, and forwards it. At 2pm the right rep calls. The buyer has spoken to 2 competitors already. The rep writes 3 lines in the CRM 2 days later, or does not.

After

At 8:14pm the buyer gets an answer to their actual question and a link to book. At 8:16pm they book Thursday. The rep opens Thursday morning to a filled-in record, a summary of what the buyer asked, and a draft agenda. The rep spends the hour selling instead of reconstructing.

05

What stays with people

We do not automate the pretence that a person is on the other end. The first reply says plainly that it is automated and how to reach a human. We do not automate cold outbound into people who never asked to hear from you. We do not automate discovery calls, negotiation, or the moment a deal goes sideways, because those are the parts where being wrong is expensive and being human is the product.

We also do not run the channels that bring the leads in. Getting more of them to arrive, through search and paid media, is the work of EliteSEO Consulting, a separate business founded by the same person as this one. The two share no clients, engagements, or staff; this page starts at the moment the lead exists.

06

How this gets paid for

There is no bill for the build. The Praxis share comes later, out of the extra profit the system creates, measured against the numbers your business was already producing before it was switched on. The mechanics, including how the starting numbers get agreed, are set out on how you pay.

Questions

What should you know before the first call?

How fast can AI respond to a new sales lead?
An automated first response to an inbound lead is typically delivered within seconds of the form being submitted, at any hour, including nights and weekends. The limit is not the AI. It is how quickly your form, phone system and CRM hand the lead over, which is what the integration work is for.
Will automating the CRM replace sales reps?
No. Automating a CRM removes data entry, lead routing and follow-up reminders from a salesperson's day. It does not run discovery calls, handle objections or negotiate terms. The usual result is the same team working more live conversations, not a smaller team.
Which CRM is needed for AI sales automation?
Any CRM with a documented API can be automated, which covers HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close, Copper, Keap and GoHighLevel among others. The bigger factor is data quality. Duplicate records and empty fields cause more failed automations than the choice of platform does.
Should the AI tell customers it is not a person?
Yes. Automated sales replies should say on their face that they are automated and give a direct route to a human. Concealing it is a bad trade: it buys a slightly warmer first message and costs the trust of every buyer who works it out later.
Does this mean replacing existing sales tools?
No. This is built on the CRM, phone system, calendar and forms you already pay for. New software gets added only when something genuinely does not exist in your stack, and it gets named and explained before it is bought.
