T.00Tools
Free tools
Two instruments the practice publishes and stands behind: an eight question AI readiness scorecard and an automation savings estimator. Both are free, neither asks for an email, and both run entirely in your browser. Each has a permanent address here so it can be linked, listed and cited.

Why these have addresses
Two tools, each at a URL of its own
Both of these instruments existed before this page did. The scorecard ran as a section on three other pages, with an email step before the result. The estimator ran on a page written for a buyer deciding what to do with the number. Neither could be pointed at, listed or quoted on its own, because neither had a page that was simply the tool.
That is what this section fixes. Each tool now has one permanent URL, a stated first published date and revision date, a changelog, and a citation line at the foot of the page. The copies elsewhere on the site keep running as they did. The versions here are the reference versions, and on this section no step stands between you and the result.

The rule
What both tools hold to
- 01
Free, with no email required.
Nothing on this section asks who you are. There is no account, no form before the result and no mailing list. A tool you have to pay for with an address is not a free tool, and a tool that cannot be reached without one cannot be listed or cited as one.
- 02
Your inputs stay in your browser.
Both instruments compute what you type where you type it. The scorecard adds up eight answers, each worth 0 to 3 points, so 24 points in all, scaled to 100. The estimator multiplies three numbers across 46 weeks a year. Nothing you enter is sent to this site or to anyone else. The estimator can build a shareable link out of your inputs, and your hourly cost is deliberately left out of it.
- 03
A reading of your own numbers, never a promise about them.
A scorecard band describes your answers. An hours figure is your headcount multiplied by your hours across 46 working weeks. Neither is a benchmark, a projection or an offer, and no figure on either page is a claim about what an engagement would produce. The practice each result points to is a route, not a result.
The figures the estimator deliberately does not print are accounted for in the AI savings statistics ledger, and the practice both tools most often route to is AI implementation consulting. Further tools are added here as they are finished, under the same rule, each with its own URL, revision date and citation line.
Take a reading, then talk if it is worth talking
Run either tool first. If the result looks worth a conversation, tell us what it showed. The first conversation is free and ends with a plain list of what we would look at and what we would leave alone.
