About

An advisory firm built on the discipline of getting the decision right.

Praxis is an independent strategy and advisory firm. We work with founders, operators, and executives who need rigorous outside thinking — and the discipline to turn it into practice.

A modern building facade of repeating geometric panels against an open sky — an illustrative image for structure and considered design.

The firm

Where strategy becomes practice.

Most consulting fails in the same place: a plan is delivered, admired, and never enacted. Praxis is built against that failure mode. We take on the decisions that matter, reason them out rigorously, and stay through the first moves that turn a recommendation into how the business actually runs.

Praxis is led by Evan Dang, and grew directly out of a growth-consulting practice. It is an independent, founder-led firm — deliberately so. You work with the person doing the thinking, not a layer of account management, and the work is scoped to the decision in front of you rather than sold as a package.

We work worldwide, delivering remotely, from a San Francisco / California base.
